POST – Orders Under 2 Kilos:
We ship to most countries via ‘Standard Mail’. In the following countries we require tracking which is an additional €10.00: All South American countries, All Central American countries, All Middle-Eastern countries, China, Russia
We do not do this arbitrarily but have learned through costly experience that without tracking there is a high probability that the package will not arrive in these destinations. This list may change from time-to-time without an update to this Shipping Policy.
COURIER – Orders Over 2 Kilos
Orders over 2 kilos will be shipped via courier. If you wish to arrange your own shipping that is perfectly fine. You will find our shipping rates very competitive.
Besides a complete shipping address we will need your phone number and email address. We pass this information on to the courier company to use if they need to contact you to effect delivery.
The maximum size parcel we ship in 1 box is 25 kilos. This makes it easier for you (and us) to handle. So if you order 50 kilos you will receive 2 boxes weighing 25 kilos each; order 40 kilos and you get 2 boxes weighing 20 kilos each; etc.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Charges
All duties, taxes, and other charges incurred to get the package to the are the responsibility of the customer. These charges can vary greatly. Buyers should always check with their local authorities if there is uncertainty on their part as to what charges may be levied on their package(s).
Speed of Shipping
Most postal orders and small courier orders are usually shipped the next working day after the order has been received and paid for. Larger courier orders are usually shipped within 3 – 5 business days.
To speed up shipping by courier, we may choose to ship your order in different sized bags. For instance, if you order 3 kilos we may ship you 7, 454 gram bags instead of 3, 1 kilo bags. We do this to speed up shipping times and this is done solely at our discretion. If you want a specific bag size please tell us but it could slow down your ship date by 2 or 3 days.
